ASEAN Summit posponed!

looks like ASEAN Summit is moved to January. It was being announced that it was because of the typhoon that is coming on those dates. Some says that it was because of terrorism. I think it maybe because of typhoon since after the work shift i had today, i was looking for the sun to come out but it did not shine,..
