it's not my prob, but it's killing me

lately, i found out that my sister was having a problem, and this makes my mind ill. I was in my work on a night shift and login in my YM account and that she was online. She PM me that she's not happy in Manila, and that she is not able to adjust to her mohter-in-law. All I do was read her line and acknowledged how she feels. I was even out of my mind that time and I need to verify information on simple questions from my customers on the phone. At this moment in time, I don't exactly know what will I tell her...
